This Privacy Policy explains how Apna Ludo ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Player Name: A display name you choose (stored locally on your device).
• Game Statistics: Game progress, wins, losses, and gameplay data stored temporarily in Firebase Realtime Database for multiplayer functionality.
• Device Token (FCM): Firebase Cloud Messaging token used to send game notifications.
• Avatar/Photo: If you choose to take a selfie or select a custom profile picture, the image is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
• Usage Data: Anonymous analytics collected by Google AdMob and Firebase to improve app performance and stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Enable online multiplayer gameplay (rooms and matchmaking).
• Send game challenge and reminder notifications.
• Display your game statistics and profile information.
• Show advertisements through Google AdMob.
• Improve app performance and fix bugs.

Our app uses the following third-party services:

4. Data Storage and Security

Game data such as room codes, player names, dice values, token positions, and game state is stored in Firebase Realtime Database and automatically deleted after the game session ends.

We do not store any personally identifiable information (PII) on our servers.

Avatar photos remain stored only on your device and are never uploaded or transmitted.

5. Children's Privacy

Apna Ludo is suitable for players of all ages.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. The app does not require account registration, email addresses, or phone numbers.

6. Notifications

We may send game reminder notifications and multiplayer challenge notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging.

You can disable notifications anytime from:

Settings → Apps → Apna Ludo → Notifications

7. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements.

AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to display personalized ads.

You can opt out from:

Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation

8. Data Deletion

Since we do not create user accounts, there is no account to delete.

Gameplay statistics stored in Firebase are linked only to an anonymous device identifier.

Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. Temporary Firebase gameplay data is automatically removed after the game session ends or following a period of inactivity.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
