Educational Qualification & Experience
- Social Mobilization Expert (State Head): Graduate in Rural Development/Social Work or Graduate with Diploma in Rural Development/Social Work + 5+ years relevant experience in farmer mobilization, field demonstrations, village level meetings, etc.
- Law/Accounts: B.Com with 5+ years experience OR Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary with 3+ years relevant experience in accounting, auditing, statutory compliance, legal matters, arbitration, etc.
- Crop Husbandry Expert: Graduate in Agriculture from a recognized university + 5+ years relevant experience in crop production techniques and technology dissemination.
- Agri Marketing / Value Addition / Processing Specialist: MBA in Agribusiness Management or equivalent qualification with relevant experience (refer official notification for exact details).
Age Limit
- Minimum 25 years
- Maximum 40 years (as on the cut-off date mentioned in notification)
- Age relaxation as per rules for reserved categories.
Salary Details (Consolidated)
- Social Mobilization Expert: ₹55,000/- per month
- Law/Accounts & Crop Husbandry Expert: ₹45,000/- per month
- Agri Marketing Specialist: ₹30,000/- per month (or as per post)
